Company History


Founded in 2008 by owner Ligia Layton, MssOrganization is a Tampa-based company that has gradually developed in less than twelve months through continued referrals by satisfied clients.
Mrs. Layton has made a career of helping businesspeople and departments become better organized and operate more efficiently. She was assigned as manager to develop and implement the office systems for an international aviation firm's corporate headquarters based in New York City. After this project was successfully completed, she was then transferred to an energy services division as office manager. She spent six years in charge of corporate administration, creating the foundation of the division's commercial filing system, helping organize and maintain records for the archives, and managing the flow of information as foreign branches were closed and activities merged into the central location.
After returning to Tampa, Mrs. Layton involved with the public sector, assisting Hillsborough County with indexing a large numbered filing system.
She has worked with corporate executives and small business owners on time management/scheduling and paper/e-file systems over the past decade and is currently pursuing her Techinal degree in Office Management-Records Management.
Mrs. Layton has been self-employed for the past eight years as owner and manager of a business and residential cleaning service. As she became more involved with organizing projects for clients, she chose to follow this passion and established MssOrganization Professional Services.
